DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We process and ship orders during our business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays). If in stock, the goods will be ready for shipment no later than one business day after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany)

We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95 per order.

When sending bulky goods (forwarding) we charge as follows:
Items shipped as bulky goods will be charged a flat rate of €20.00. This also applies to items that are normally shipped free of charge. Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

If you order bulky goods and goods that can be sent by parcel at the same time, only the costs for bulky goods will apply.

Deliveries abroad

We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows:

When sending bulky goods (forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows:
Items shipped as bulky goods will be charged a flat rate of €40.00. Bulky items are marked as such in the product description.

Delivery times

For goods designed individually according to customer requirements, the preparation of the proof copy will take place within 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work and the delivery of the goods within approximately 40 days after approval of the proof copy (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 3 - 5 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time. If your order cannot be delivered all at once for technical reasons, we also offer partial delivery. The shipping costs will then only be charged once. For environmental reasons, we prefer to ship the entire order.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an automatic email notification with the DHL tracking number. This allows you to conveniently track your shipment online at any time. You can check the shipment status using the following link:DHL shipment tracking

PACKSTATION

We deliver to Packstations. To have your order sent to a Packstation, please provide the corresponding Packstation and your postal code as the shipping address. Please note, however, that large packages that do not fit in your rented parcel compartment may need to be picked up at a Deutsche Post branch.

TAXES/CUSTOMS

All prices for products found on the website include the applicable statutory VAT. VAT is not charged for deliveries to Switzerland. However, import duties are borne by the customer. Please note: the decisive factors for this calculation are the value of the goods and the delivery address.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

Did you forget to update your delivery address when placing your order? No problem! Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can change the address for you.

If delivery is unsuccessful because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we will charge a fee for redelivery.
